The present application has been filed on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 i.e. respondents No.1(a)Pritam Singh and 1(b)-Dev Pal Singh. Other than the aforesaid, the present application has been filed on behalf of one of the legal heir of deceased respondent No.2-Arjun Singh i.e. respondent No.2(a)Tanish Jaswal. The same is ascertainable from the amended memo of parties filed on 29.06.2024.
No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the nonapplicants/appellants. Learned counsel for the nonapplicants/appellants submits that non-applicants/appellants have no objection, if in case money, which is lying deposited in the Registry, is ordered to be released in favour of respondents No.1(a), 1(b) and 2(a).
The amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in accordance with the share of each of the applicant along with the proportionate interest accrued
thereupon. The same be remitted to the bank account of the applicants, details whereof have been given in para 3 of the application, subject to proper verification of their identities.
Application stands disposed of.
