of the respondent. For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the Secretary (Home) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the appeal. Ordered accordingly. Application stands disposed of.
