This writ petition has been filed for grant of
following substantive reliefs:-
1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instructions to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to seek appropriate remedy for challenging the income certificates issued to the petitioner and private respondent No.6 before the competent authority in accordance with law. Learned counsel further submits that the time bonafidely spent by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition may be ordered to be excluded in computation of limitation period.
In view of the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty, as prayed for. Having regard to the totality of facts & circumstances and in the interest of justice, it is ordered that the time spent by the petitioner in pursuing the instant writ petition shall not be computed towards limitation. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
