Learned counsel for the respondents states that entire
retiral benefits alongwith interest have been given to the petitioner. His statement is taken on record. Therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. In case the petitioner still has any subsisting grievance, he is at liberty to approach this Court for redressal of his grievances by reviving this very execution petition.
