Since a perusal of the demarcation report, makes disclosures, that no portion of land of the petitioner has been utilized for any public purpose, therefore there is no merit in the petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. However remedy, if any, to challenge the demarcation report may be availed by the petitioner. All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
