Since the hitherto minors i.e respondents No.2 and 3 in the appeal, as, disclosed in the application at hand, have attained majority, hence, they are ordered to be sued in their individual capacity, and, their mother/natural guardian is discharged from her obligation to watch and take care of their interest in litigation. Necessary corrections be carried out in the memo of parties. The application stands disposed of.

Heard. Subject to ascertaining the entitlement of the applicants, in all respects, inclusive of the fact of theirs having attained majority, at this stage, as, also whether the award has not been stayed by the Hon’ble Apex Court, thereupon the amount falling to the share of the applicants, be released in their favour, by remission, in their Savings Bank accounts against proper receipt and identification. The particulars of the bank accounts, if not already furnished, be furnished within a period of one week. The application stands disposed.
