Heard. Subject to ascertaining the
entitlement of the applicant, in all respects, inclusive of the fact of his having attained majority, at this stage, as, also whether the award has not been stayed by the Hon’ble Apex Court, thereupon the amount falling to the share of the applicant, be released in his favour, by remission, in his Savings Bank account against proper receipt and identification. The particulars of the bank accounts, if not already furnished, be furnished within a period of one week. The application stands disposed.
