After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record, it is revealed that the petitioners had earlier represented to the respondent- State about their grievances and one of such latest representation dated 24.5.2021 (Annexure P- 15), having diary No.4500 dated 27.5.2021, is still pending.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.5.2021 (Annexure P-15), having diary No.4500 dated 27.5.2021, in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, within four weeks. It is clarified that a speaking order shall be passed considering all objections and the objections taken by respondents No.3 to 11 shall also be considered. Let respondents No.3 to 11 file objections, if any, within one week from today.

Till decision is taken on the representation, further proceedings shall remain stayed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioners to approach this Court again for redressal of their grievances, if any.
