Issue notice to the respondent-accused, returnable within four weeks, directing him to furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court or Registrar (Judicial)/ Additional Registrar (Judicial)/ Deputy Registrar (Judicial)/ Assistant Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, within a period of four weeks after the receipt of notice, undertaking therein to appear before this Court as and when directed to do so. The Officer executing the personal and surety bonds shall ascertain the identity of the respondents, their family members, and of sureties, through Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Ration Card, etc. The respondents shall mention phone numbers and other details at the foot of the front page or at the reverse page of the bonds.
