on record the compromise entered into between them and to dispose of the present regular second appeal accordingly. 2. It has been averred that appellant had filed a suit seeking declaration, permanent prohibitory injunction and for possession qua land measuring 0-21-05 square meters (now corrected as 0-21-05 hectares), comprised in khewat No. 379, khatauni No. 605, Khasra No. 2482, situated at Village Chandpur, Sub-Tehsil Haroli, District Una, H.P. It has been further contended that during the pendency of the second appeal, the appellant and the respondent have entered into agreement dated 27.07.2017 and the respondent agreed to give the suit land to the appellants. Copy of compromise, as entered into between the appellants and the respondent (Annexure A-1), has been annexed with the application. It has been prayed that the application may be allowed and the present regular second appeal may be disposed of in terms of compromise, Annexure A-1. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of Shri Ashok Kumar and Shri Satnam Singh.
