Heard. After going through the record, this Court
finds that the applicant has an arguable case and there are certain points involved in the appeal which needs consideration. In view of this, the present application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of.

Respondents to furnish personal bond to the tune
of ` 10,000/- each, with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court, within a period of eight weeks, undertaking therein to appear in this Court as and when directed and in the event of allowing the appeal, the respondents will surrender before the Court to undergo sentence, if any, imposed by this Court.
