From the response filed by the Superintendent of Police, Una, we find the authorities to have already taken appropriate action. FIR stands registered and matter is under investigation. Significantly, father of the petitioner has not supported the claim of the petitioner, as such, we close these proceedings, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies, as are otherwise provided for, in accordance with law.
