In this regard it is submitted that as per information received from Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Shimla the judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court dated 13.3.2012 in CWP No. 1042/2012 titled as Raghu Dass & others V/S State of H.P. has been implemented and the untrained period benefit to the petitioner has already been granted on the analogy of judgment rendered in CWP No. 319/1997 titled as Hira Lal V/S State of H.P. & others
