attention to the affidavit, stated to have been filed in the Registry, copy of which is shown to us in Court, wherein Executive Engineer, Irrigation and Public Health, Division Dalhousie, District Chamba, has deposed as under:-
“That respondent No. 2, pursuant to Government approval, dated 01.07.2017 has re-engaged the petitioner

w.e.f. 16.11.2000 after passing the detailed order, dated 04.07.2017 & 05.07.2017 except back wages and w.e.f. 12.08.2013 on actual basis and further process for grant of work charged status/regularization as per Government Policy/Rakesh Kumar’s judgment shall be completed after getting its approval from the competent authority. However, if this Hon’ble Court feels that there has been some disobedience or non-compliance of the orders passed by this Hon’ble Court, the replying respondent without offering any justification, hereby tenders his sincere, unqualified and unconditional apology to this Hon’ble Court.”
