Learned Advocate General, under instructions from Mr. Baldev Kumar, Director, Health Services, states that Regional Hospital, Chamba, otherwise falls under the “urban area/ municipal committee area Chamba, and, not, as is so alleged, within, “Chamba-Phukari, Choori, Kihar, Samote.” He further clarifies that Pukhari is a Medical Block in District Chamba. It is further pointed out from the written instructions that aforesaid hospital is not included in the list of hard/difficult/
