It appears that the respondent has not made the consideration order in terms of para 2 of the judgment dated 29th December, 2010, passed by this Court in CWP(T) No.13864 of 2008, titled Smt. Laxmi Sharma Vs. State of H.P. and others. It is apt to reproduce para 2 of the judgment herein:-
“2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Matron in view of letter dated 22nd September, 2009, within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment, with all consequential benefits. It is made clear that the State Government shall initiate the process by informing respondent No.4 with regard to promotion of the petitioner. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.”
