The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction
by the medium of Writ Petition No.9625 of 2011 and
sought the following main reliefs:
“i) That the respondent department may kindly be directed to re-engage the petitioner on the earlier post as Clerk/Typist w.e.f. 20.03.2004, when the petitioner was terminated by the respondent department in the name of expiration of the Market Survey Scheme when the same is under operation.

ii) That the respondent department may further be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 18.10.1995, when the petitioner has completed 8 years of services on contractual/adhoc basis, as per the policy of State Government.”
