Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
“i) That the impugned Annexure A-6, dated 6.8.2001 may be quashed and set aside;
ii) That the respondents may be directed to implement Annexure A-4, dated 18.6.2001 with a further direction to issue muster roll of Supervisor to the applicant and to pay him accordingly;
iii) That the respondents may be directed to appoint the applicant as regular Supervisor w.e.f. his initial date of appointment in the respondent Department i.e. 23.12.1994 with all consequential benefits like seniority and arrears of salary alongwith interest @18% per annum;
iv) That the seniority of the applicant may be counted w.e.f. 23.12.94 when he was engaged in the respondent Department after appointing him as Supervisor from due date.”
Supervisor and issued muster roll accordingly. This order however, was never acted upon and subsequently withdrawn in terms of letter dated 6.8.2001 (Annexure A-6).
