Ms. Bindiya Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after arraying those persons as party, who according to her, were junior to the petitioner, but rank senior in the seniority list. The question of limitation will not come in the way of petitioner in view of Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
