Petitioner has approached this Court seeking his regularization immediately after completion of eight years service with 160 days in each calander year. Petitioner was working in tribal area of Chamba District. The respondent-State has placed on record the mandays chart. According to the mandays chart, the petitioner had completed eight years’ continuous service with 160 days in each calander year up to 2007. Consequently, the case of the petitioner ought to have been considered by now for regularization.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization immediately after completion of eight years service up to 2007, if not already considered,
