Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance Company is also represented.
It is submitted that the appellant Arun Ch. Ghosh had expired on 27.05.2018 and to that effect, copy of Death certificate of the appellant has been produced. The appellant No.2 Miss Sebika Ghosh is present along with her counsel and has produced her voter card.
The amount has been settled between the parties at Rs.11,32,585/(Eleven Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Five only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.5,32,585/- (Five Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Five only) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant No. 1 is directed to withdraw the same after proper verification and identification by her engaged counsel. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.6,00,000/- (Six Lakhs only) to the claimant No. 2 in her saving account through NEFT. The claimant No.2 is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The

remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.
Send back the trial court record, if any.
In view of above, appeal stands disposed of.
