Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance company is also represented.
The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs. 4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) as full and final. The United India Insurance Com. Ltd. is directed to deposit the said amount i.e. Rs. 4,50,000/- to the appellant No. 1 in her savings account through NEFT. The appellant No. 1 is directed to furnish her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In view of above, the appeal is disposed of.
