Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance company is also represented.
The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.5,76,572/- (Rupees Five Lakh Seventy Six Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Two Only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.3,36,572/- has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The Appellant No.1 is directed to withdraw the said amount after proper verification and duly identification by her engaged counsel, if not withdrawn. The United India Insurance Com. Ltd. is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e. Rs.2,40,000/- to the appellant No. 1 in her savings account through NEFT. The appellant No. 1 is directed to furnish her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In view of above, the appeal is disposed of.
