India praying for certain guidelines directing the learned Principal Judge-I, Family Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati for expeditious disposal of F.C. Case (Civil) No.274/2021.
I have gone through the materials available in the records.
I find that the case has been pending since 2021 and progress of the case is very slow.
Therefore, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the case expeditiously within a period of 6(six) months from receiving this order.
A copy of this order be served upon the learned Principal Judge-I, Family Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati.
With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
