I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties. Since the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer, he do not deserve to be detained in custody therefore his pre-arrest bail application stands allowed.

The interim bail granting on 12.01.2024 is made absolute.

The petitioner is directed that he shall cooperate with the investigation as and when required.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail petition stands disposed of.
