Mr. N. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that this contempt petition arises out of non-compliance of the order dated 13.08.2015 passed by this Court in WP(C) 4085/2012.
It is submitted that the State has preferred a review petition against the said order, which was registered and numbered as Review Petition No. 43/2016 and this Court by order dated 24.03.2023 had closed the said review petition as infructuous on the ground that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners herein had already been appointed as tutors, however, without claim to have past service. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a copy of order dated 24.03.2023 passed in Rev. Pet. 43/2016.
Taking note of the fact that the petitioners have been appointed as tutors, the Court is of the considered opinion that although belatedly, but the order of the Court has been complied with.

Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed on compliance of the order dated 13.08.2015, passed by this Court.
