Heard Mr. L.R. Mazumdar, learned counsel for the applicant, who is the petitioner in WP(C) No.7603/2023.
By this application, the applicant is praying for impleadment of Finance Department, Government of Assam represented by Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Dispur, Guwahati-06 and Accountant General (A&E), Assam, Maidamgaon, Beltola, Guwahati as party-respondent Nos.4 and 5 in WP(C) No.7603/2023 on the ground that the aforesaid respondents are necessary parties for adjudication of the said writ petition.
Ms. M.D. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, Transport Department, Government of Assam, has no objection.
This Court has also considered the cause shown in the present application and is satisfied.
