This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in Hajo Police Station Case No. 295/2024 u/ss.81/318(2)/115(2)/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The petitioner, herein, was arrested on 14th of August, 2024, has been under custody since then.
Considering the nature of allegations so levelled and the period of detention undergone; this Court is of the considered view that further custodial detention of the petitioner, herein, is not required in connection with Hajo Police Station Case No. 295/2024 u/ss.81/318(2)/115(2)/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Accordingly, the petitioner, herein, shall be enlarged on regular bail in connection with Hajo Police Station Case No. 295/2024 u/ss.81/318(2)/115(2)/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with a surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hajo, on the following terms and conditions, that :
