Heard Mr. M. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Kaushik, learned Standing counsel, Elementary Education Department, Assam for the respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 5.
Matter pertains to willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 11.09.2019 passed by the Court in WP(C) No. 6180/2019.
During the deliberation of the matter, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the respondent authorities have already complied with the said order dated 11.09.2019 passed in WP(C) No. 6180/2019.
As such, there is no contempt of Court on the part of the respondent authorities in compliance of the order dated 11.09.2019, noted above.
Accordingly, this contempt petition being devoid of merit, stands dismissed.
Notice of contempt issued upon the respondents on 20.10.2020 is hereby recalled.
