Upon instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that though belatedly the order of the Court has been complied with and the first installment of pension for two months has been released.
Although the delay in compliance of the order of this Court is not

appreciated, nonetheless though belatedly the order of this Court has been complied with, the Court is inclined to close this contempt petition.
Accordingly this matter stands closed.
