Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. The petitioner has been paid compensation for the missing of next of kin (son) in terms of the Office Memorandum dated 27.08.2009 which was prevailing on the date, the petitioner’s son disappeared, i.e. 01.12.2011. Thus, it is clear that the respondents have complied with the order under contempt and hence, this contempt petition is disposed of.
The rule is discharged.
