Heard Mr. S. Mow, learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners. Also heard Ms. P. Pangu, learned Junior Government Advocate for the opposite party nos. 1 & 3 and Mr. D. Kamduk, learned Standing counsel, Department of Land Management representing the opposite party no. 2 and Mr. M. Kato, learned ASGI for the Opposite party no. 4.

This is an application filed by the applicants/writ petitioners in WP(C) No. 320/2021, disposed of by this Court vide order, dated 08.09.2022, seeking correction in line no. 3 of paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 08.09.2022, passed in WP(C) No. 320/2021, to the extent it

reads “Chaglagam to Rocham”, stating that it should have been “Chaglagam to Kapapu”.

The applicants contend that they are the writ petitioners in WP(C) No. 320/2021 and they had filed the said writ petition being affected by the acquisition of land for construction of the defence road from Chaglagam to Kapapu in the Anjaw District, which inadvertently has been recorded as “Chaglagam to Rocham” in line no. 3 of paragraph no. 4 of this Court’s order dated 08.09.2022 instead of “Chaglagam to Kapapu”.

Accordingly, the applicants pray for correction of the typographical error which has occurred in line no. 3 of paragraph no. 4 of this Court’s order dated 08.09.2022, passed in WP(C) No. 320/2021, wherein it is written as “Chaglagam to Rocham” instead of “Chaglagam to Kapapu”.

The correction sought for by the applicants has not been opposed to by the learned counsels appearing for the opposite parties/respondents. The learned counsels for the opposite parties also submit that the correction sought for acquisition of the land for construction of the defence road pertaining to which the writ petition WP(C) No. 320/2021 was filed by the applicants, was “Chaglagam to Kapapu” instead of “Chaglagam to Rocham”.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties and having regard to the fact that the learned counsels appearing for the opposite parties/respondents have also admitted that in line no. 3 of paragraph no. 4 of this Court’s order dated 08.09.2022, passed in WP(C) No. 320/2021, it is written as “Chaglagam to Rocham”

instead of “Chaglagam to Kapapu”, it is hereby provided that in paragraph no. 4 of this Court’s order dated 08.09.2022, passed in WP(C) No. 320/2021, wherein “Rocham” has been written in place of “Kapapu”, the same shall be henceforth read as “Kapapu”.
