However, Mr. T. T. Tara, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 5, submits that the order put to challenge in this writ petition, is the order passed by the respondent authorities, blacklisting the petitioner’s Firm for a period of 1(one) year which period had expired on 27.07.2022. He, therefore, prays for closure of this writ petition.
In view of the submission as made above by Mr. Tara, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 5; the instant writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
