On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Hazarika, learned counsel submitted that the respondent authorities in the Central Public Works Department have complied with the order dated 17.07.2017, passed in WP(C) No.6928/2015 as well as the order dated 21.11.2017, passed in I.A.(C) No.3520/2017 in said WP(C) No.6928/2015 and as such, he is not pressing this contempt petition.
In view of the above, this contempt petition being infructuous stands dismissed.
Notice of contempt issue upon the respondents/contemnors earlier on 22.06.2018 is hereby recalled.
