Ms. B Devi learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri S.P. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 14.06.2019 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.5/2021, a Speaking Order has been received by them. Ms. Devi, learned counsel accordingly submits that there is no live cause of action.
Ms. A Bhuyan, learned counsel representing Shri D Nath, learned counsel for the respondents endorses the said submission and contends that the order passed by this Court has been fully complied with.
In view of the above, the present contempt case has been closed.
It is needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the Speaking Order, the same can be put to challenge in an independent proceeding.
A copy of the Speaking Order dated 09.03.2021 is made a part of the records.
