Heard Shri M.A. Seikh, learned counsel for the applicant (writ petitioner), who has filed this application for impleading The Pay & Account Officer, Central Pension Accounting Office, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, Trikoot II complex, Bikaji Cama Place, P.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 as respondent No.5

Learned counsel submits that presence of the said Officer would be necessary for proper adjudication of the issue at hand.

Ms. B Devi learned counsel appearing on instruction on behalf of Shri S.P. Choudhury, learned CGC submits that she does not have any objection to such impleadment.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the present Interlocutory application is allowed by impleading The Pay & Account Officer, Central Pension Accounting Office, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, Trikoot II complex, Bikaji Cama Place, P.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 as respondent No.5.
