Heard Shri JP Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has filed this petition alleging non-compliance of the direction contained in the judgment and order dated 26.11.2019, passed by this Court in WP(C)/3786/2017. By the aforesaid judgment and order, promotional benefits were directed to be given to the petitioner.
Ms. B Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the aforesaid direction has, in the meantime, been complied with.
The said submission is endorsed by Shri JP Chauhan, the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid undisputed facts, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
