The case diary produced has been perused.
On perusal of the materials in the case diary it is clearly found that the petitioner is involved with the offence alleged. This is a case of heinous nature, involving murder of a person, using fire arms.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused-petitioner has been in custody for 77 days.
However, considering the materials in the case diary and the nature of offences, length of detention is of no help to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail made by the petitioner is rejected . The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
