Heard Mr. R. R Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 3 and Mr. A. Hassan, learned counsel for the respondent No.4. Heard also the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. L.N. Dihingia who submits that the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to comply with the Court’s order within 2(two) months time.
It is submitted by Mr. R.R. Gogoi that process for complying with this Court’s order is actively going on and it is expected that as far as the respondent No. 1 to 3 are concerned the same would be completed within 2 weeks.
Mr. A. Hussain, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submits that as soon as the papers are received from the respondent No. 1 to 3 the Court’s order would be complied with.
In view of the submissions of all the learned counsels, this Contempt petition is disposed of by giving 2(two) months time to the respondents to comply with the direction of this Court given in the order dated 13.03.2019+, passed in W.P.(C) No. 4380/2014.
