Heard Mr. R. Singha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, GMC, who has produced a copy of the order dated 02/09/2019, by means of which the work order issued in favour of the private respondent, has been cancelled in so far as the extended portion is concerned.
I have also heard Mr. P. Bora, learned counsel for respondent no. 5, who has also confirmed the said fact.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication. As such, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
A copy of the letter dated 02/09/2019 enclosing a copy of the order dated 02/09/2019 be retained on record.
