The applicants in this I.A. are the legal heirs of the deceased Ajoram Nath, i.e. the original review petitioner who has died during the pendency of this review petition. The present application has been filed with a prayer to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased review petitioner.
Ms. R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no objection if the prayer for substitution is allowed by this Court.
I have perused the statements made in the application. It appears that the applicants are the surviving legal heirs of the deceased Ajoram Nath. As such, the prayer for substitution stands allowed.
The names of the legal heirs be substituted in place of the deceased review petitioner.
Office to make necessary correction in the cause title.
