Heard Mr. S.K. Khejriwal, learned counsel for the applicant. I have also heard Mr. H.K. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL, appearing for the respondents.

This IA has been filed seeking leave to amend the writ petition filed in WP(C) No. 3047/2019.

I have perused the statements made in the application.

From the statements made in the application, it appears that by means of the proposed amendment, the petitioner is seeking to bring on record certain subsequent developments which would

have a relevant bearing in adjudication of the controversy raised in the present proceeding.

Mr. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL submits that he would have no objection if the prayer for amendment is allowed.

In view of the above, the prayer for amendment of the writ petition stands allowed.
