The claimants/appellants Sri Basu Pradhan and Gobin Pradhan are in attendance. The New India Assurance Company Ltd. is represented by the Regional Manager, Mr. Jitendra Gupta.
Both the parties have agreed to settle the claim at Rs. 1,65,000/- (Rupees one lakh sixty five thousand) as full and final settlement of the claim. It is further agreed that the settled amount of Rs. 1,65,000/- (Rupees one lakh sixty five thousand) shall be deposited by the Insurance Company within 1 (one) month by depositing the same in the respective bank accounts of the claimants, Sri Basu Pradhan and Gobin Pradhan in equal shares by RTGS .
The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
