The claimant/appellant Sri Nabajyoti Medhi is personally present with his counsel, Mr. H. Baruah. The New India Assurance Company Ltd. is represented by the Regional Manager, Mr. Jitendra Gupta.
It is agreed by and between the parties to settle the claim at Rs. 5,15,000/-(Rupees five lakhs fifteen thousand) as full and final settlement of the claim. It is further agreed that the settled amount of Rs. 5,15,000/- (Rupees five lakhs fifteen thousand) shall be paid by the Insurance Company within 1 (one) month by depositing the same in the bank account of the claimant through RTGS.
The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
