Heard Mr. R. Bora, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. N. Dutta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.
Mr. Dutta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submits that the I.O. has reported that the charge-sheet is submitted against the petitioner being CS No. 80/18 dated 31.08.2018 in connection with Kheroni P.S. Case No. 94/2018 under Sections 447/376/511/325 of the IPC.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall approach the learned court below for regular bail within 15(fifteen) days from today.
Till his appearance, before the learned court below, the interim order, dated 13.08.2018 passed earlier shall continue. In the meantime, if the petitioner do not appear before the learned court within the next 15 (fifteen) days, the interim order passed earlier will automatically stand vacated.
