This appeal is placed before the Lok Adalat held today.
After discussion on the facts in issue in the appeal, the award is settled at Rs. 11,00,000.00 (Rupees Eleven Lakhs) only to be deposited within 60 (sixty) from the date of settlement minus the amount already deposited/paid.
The amount shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court within 60 (sixty) days from today.
The matter is settled.
With the above observations and direction, this appeal is disposed of.
