As directed by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2018, the Investigating Officer Mr. Juran
Chandra Nath of Tangla Police Station is personally present with the General Diary of Tangla PS Case No. 94 of 2018.
The Investigating Officer submits that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been submitted in the case and therefore, the case diary was also forwarded to the learned Court.
