The case is put up before the National Lok-Adalat.
The claimants along with his learned counsel is present and Mr. Debasish Baruah, Deputy Manager for the insurance company along with Mr. Bikram Singh, Regional Manager in the office of the insurance company is also present.
The claim is amicably settled with an award of Rs. 13, 0,000/-(Rupees thirteen lakhs), only.
Accordingly, the aforesaid amount of Rs. 13,00,000/-(Rupees thirteen lakhs), shall be deposited by the insurance company with the Registry of this Court within a period of 60 days from today.
This settlement arrived at between the parties will form a part of this order.
