| Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.86 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.32 of 2024. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Defendants came to be regularized on 19.10.2024. However, the loan account has classified as NPA on 31.05.2025 and fresh O.A. No.1234 of 2024 was filed. Now the Applicant Bank does not wish to prosecute the T.O.A. and wants to withdraw this matter. In the light of the statement made by Ld. Advocate for the Applicant, I.A. No.86 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.32 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules. |
