As the matter is taken up for hearing so IA no. 778/2026 stands
disposed of as allowed, the earlier date fixed 30.07.2026 stands cancelled.
In this matter, counsel for the respondent submits that they are
agreeable for a proposal of Rs. 14.50 Lac in which first instalment of Rs.
4.30 Lac may be paid within two days. Second installment be paid by
20.08.2026 and final instalment be paid by 20.09.2026.
Counsel for the applicant submits that they will abide by the
conditions of the payment. It is made clear that if the installments are paid

as stated above, the respondent will close the account and issue NOC and
return title documents. If the payment is not done as per the schedule, the
respondent will be at liberty to proceed ahead.
